At Tradesque, we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

No Refunds Policy

All sales of digital products, including Excel templates, are final and non-refundable.
Once the product is downloaded or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Exceptions Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

File Corruption or Errors:
- If the file provided is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and the issue cannot be resolved after troubleshooting, we will replace the file or issue a refund.
Duplicate Purchase:
- If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

Conditions for Refunds

You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests will not be accepted if the product has been altered, misused, or shared in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include the following information in your email:
- Your name and email address used for the purchase.
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- A detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or bank.
